Return Policy

At Bolsinger Rebar Inc., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our policy below for details on eligibility, process, and conditions.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:

Before Processing:
Orders canceled before processing and fabrication begins are eligible for a full refund.

After Processing / Fabrication Begins:
Once an order has been processed, fabricated, or prepared for shipment, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking and processing fee to cover labor, fabrication, handling, and administrative costs.

After Shipment:
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process outlined below. Return shipping costs and applicable fees will apply.


Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Custom-fabricated items, including pre-assembled rebar or cut-to-length products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Condition:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returned products must include all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-fabricated, cut-to-length, or made-to-order items.
  • Products that show signs of use or alteration.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.


Return Process

Contact Us:
Email us at sales@bolsingerrebar.com or call 563-500-6191 to initiate a return.
Please provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Approval:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


Refund Exceptions

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If payment was made via credit card and later disputed, Bolsinger Rebar Inc. reserves the right to review and validate claims of fraud or misuse.
