At Bolsinger Rebar Inc., we are committed to delivering your products efficiently and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- For custom-fabricated items, additional processing time may be required. You will be notified of the estimated completion and shipping timeframe upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Options
- Delivery Area: We currently ship to US Lower 48 States
- Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. Shipping options include standard freight, local delivery, and pick-up at our Cascade, IA location.
- Local Pickup: If you choose local pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when picking up.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- For large or oversized items, such as fabricated rebar, additional freight charges may apply.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
4. Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary by location but typically range between 2-7 business days after shipment.
- Custom Orders: Delivery times for custom-fabricated products will be communicated during the order process.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or outside the areas listed above.
- Certain products, such as oversized or heavy materials, may require special delivery arrangements.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of shipment, please contact us at sales@bolsingerrebar.com or 563-500-6191.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged shipments, include photos of the damage and the packaging when contacting us.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
9. Changes to Shipping Information

- Changes cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.
